Regional Service Manager - Addiction and Homeless Service
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Service Manager to join our organization in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams across various locations, leading the development of innovative responses to service users' needs, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are up to standard.
Responsibilities
* Management responsibility for teams across various locations in the region.
* Lead the development of new and innovative responses to service users' needs in the region.
* Be the primary point of contact for regional and local funders with responsibility for seeking new funding opportunities.
* Be responsible for budgetary management and controls for all services in the region.
* Ensure all health & safety requirements are up to standard and monitored.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Social Studies, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and managing a team in a community, addiction service or similar setting frontline experience in addiction-related services or family support.
* An understanding of the complex issues relating to substance misuse and mental health and the delivery of trauma informed service.
* Knowledge of family programs Understanding of National Drug & Alcohol Strategy and National Drug Rehabilitation Framework.
* Full clean driver's license.
* Knowledge of evidence-based family support approaches.
