The Manager will establish, develop and lead the dedicated maintenance division.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What You will Do:
Drive the development and strategic growth of the Support & Maintenance division.
Build, lead, and support a high-performing customer support team that delivers excellence.
Establish and refine processes to ensure consistent, high-quality aftersales service.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and a customer-first culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, projects, telemetry, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in BEMS/EPMS to enhance service offerings.
Create a robust maintenance and aftersales team, providing best in class aftercare service.
Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and new markets.
ABOUT THE PERSON
Solid understanding of building services, ideally with exposure to BEMS and EPMS systems.
Knowledge of platforms such as Tridium, Trend, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Cylon, and Automated Logic.
Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams.
Strong customer focus with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Background in service operations, aftersales management, or technical support is highly desirable.
