Exciting opportunity to join a newly established, state-of-the-art manufacturing site during a major growth and scale-up phase. This role offers the chance to play a key part in building and shaping operations from the ground up, driving critical projects within a highly regulated, high-impact production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project management activities across assigned manufacturing lines or workstreams
Drive program execution using structured PM methodologies and governance frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Monitor schedule adherence through daily/weekly operational review meetings
Lead problem-solving workshops and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting delivery
Challenge and optimize existing schedules and execution strategies
Ensure transparency through effective reporting, tracking, and governance structures
Evaluate and approve changes impacting scope, budget, timelines, or delivery strategy
Support transition of projects from concept and planning through execution and operational readiness
Required Experience & Skills
3–5+ years in project/program leadership within manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industries
Experience managing large-scale capital or manufacturing projects preferred
Understanding of full project lifecycle and site-level execution
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Experience with manufacturing and quality documentation
Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Advanced MS Project and Excel capability
People management experience is advantageous but not essential
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or related discipline
PMP, PRINCE2, IPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Ideal Background
Medical device, pharma, biotech, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
Greenfield manufacturing site setup or expansion projects
Operational readiness, commissioning, or manufacturing scale-up experience
