Role Overview
We're seeking a
Freelance Sales Consultant
to help validate and sell our solution to cafés during our pilot and feasibility phase.
You'll be responsible for
introducing the platform to café owners, running product demos, and securing early adoption on a part-time basis
.
This role is ideal for someone with hospitality sector experience who thrives on relationship-building and wants flexible, freelance work.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage independent café and coffee shop owners.
Conduct outreach (in-person visits, calls, local networking) to introduce the platform.
Run simple demos of WhatsApp/Web/App ordering.
Gather owner feedback and report insights to the product team.
Represent The Digital Mind Hub at local café or hospitality events (optional).
Requirements
Proven sales experience in
hospitality tech, POS systems, or SaaS for SMEs
.
Strong network within the café/coffee shop sector (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, able to explain tech simply.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel locally to meet café owners.
Engagement & Compensation
Freelance/part-time contract (10–20 hours per week).
Commission-based compensation per closed deal (with potential small monthly retainer).
Flexible hours, ideal as a side contract or for someone already active in the sector.
Potential to transition into a
full-time Business Development role
as the company scales.
