Job Title: Graduate Surveyor Hotel VAS
Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6
Reports to: Ann Marie O'Byrne
What You'll Do
* Support to Valuation and Consultancy team on drafting reports; compiling research material including comparable transactions; financial modelling and undertaking valuations; assistance on feasibility studies, planning concentration studies and general support work for the team
* General assistance to the team in maintaining databases, preparing presentations, new supply data and hotel performance statistics
* Where appropriate to act as client liaison on mandates working alongside a Director, co-managing client reporting, interaction with various stakeholders
What You'll Need
* Ideally hotel and/or commercial real estate related qualification with some experience in the commercial real estate / hotel real estate sector
* Proficient in financial modelling, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Experience in preparing, consultancy reports and presentation documents
