Support Worker Role
We are seeking bright, ambitious individuals who have a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and who are committed to ensuring that our persons supported lead as fulfilling and enjoyable a life as possible.
About the Role
* Provide key-working care for a group of People Supported by the Services, responsible for all aspects of personal care during the day, including meals, personal hygiene, and other related physical well-being needs.
* Assist and support People Supported by the Services in developing their Individual Plans and achieving associated outcomes.
* Support People Supported by the Services in community participation and integration.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will possess a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and be committed to ensuring that our persons supported lead fulfilling and enjoyable lives. You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible in your approach.
