Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as an Administrator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and be responsible for resolving queries related to products, orders, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and verify quotations, pricing structures, CPC rates, and lease documentation.
* Manage all sales administration tasks including contracts terms & conditions direct debit mandates IT support add-ons Progress approved orders through the full deal lifecycle Liaise with Operations Service Finance teams ensure smooth installations accurate billing Monitor deal progress ensure completion of all documentation maintain pipeline accuracy Maintain up-to-date accurate customer contract records Resolve CRM-related issues handle escalations from Account Managers Identify highlight follow up on errors or missing information
