Job Description
This role provides comprehensive support to the Head of Quality and Patient Safety. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to the Head of Quality and Patient Safety
* Support senior members of the Quality and Patient Safety team as required
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive log system for dealing with correspondence and issues requiring attention from the Head of Quality and Patient Safety
* Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and administer duties as required
* Maintain confidentiality in all matters
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good working knowledge of healthcare and IT systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills
