The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day. The position is customer facing and a full time, office-based role.
Key accountabilities:
4. Take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience by meeting agreed service standards and working collaboratively with customers to identify the most suitable banking solutions.
5. Embrace innovation in your role, consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and propose creative solutions.
6. Demonstrate strong teamwork by contributing effectively within a collaborative environment.
7. Be accountable for your responsibilities, ensuring you follow through onmitments with reliability and integrity.
8. This role is part of the Fitness & Probity Regime and Individual Accountability Framework, which set out the specific requirements applicable.

13. APA/ QFA is desirable but there is opportunity to achieve your qualification as part of this role if not already held.
