Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced scheduler to join our team in Blanchardstown. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis and addressing any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls.
* Coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis.
* Addressing operational issues related to customer care calls.
* Ensuring all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them.
* Dealing with scheduling queries and responding accordingly.
* Assigning emergency cover until 10am the next working day.
* Informing clients of time changes.
* Assigning schedules two weeks in advance.
* Certifying weekly allocated hours.
* Liasing with Care Manager on start dates for new carers.
* Submitting reports on the shared drive by 12pm on the last working day.
* Covering all shifts two weeks in advance.
* Weekly reporting.
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role is required for this position.
