Duties and Responsibilities:Gather and collate data for each asset of the plant to ensure every item is accounted for with the correct information ensuring no single point of failure.Work closely with process engineers, maintenance teams, and equipment vendors to implement reliability improvements and system upgrades.Utilise CMMS to track failures, maintenance activities, and equipment performance trends.Support Six Sigma, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce process variability.Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, reliability metrics, and adherence to ISO standards.Authority: You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.Requirements:Apprenticeship Qualified Mechanical or mechanical engineering degree.Experience in Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Pumping systems, process delivery systems, chillers, boilers etc.Strong PC skills, particularly MS office suite.
