Job Summary
KCC Group is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Telesales / Estimator to join our growing Automatic & Access Control Division. This is a key internal sales role combining proactive telesales with the preparation of accurate, competitive quotations for automatic doors, speedlanes, and access control systems.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and converting enquiries into sales, while also working with technical and pricing information in a structured and detail-focused way.
What you will be doing: -
* Proactively contacting new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities
* Handling inbound enquiries and following up leads and quotations
* Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for automatic and access control systems
* Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
* liaising with suppliers and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical details
* updating and maintaining CRM and sales records
* Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order placement
* working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for:
* Experience in telesales, internal sales, estimating, or a similar roles
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* strong communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and technical information
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to manage multiple enquires in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within automatic doors, speedlanes, access control, construction, or a technical sales environment would be highly advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
