People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.The main focus of this role is to provide achievement and delivery against the Client’s Key Result Areas and targets for CPM by maximising orders / sales in & out in their assigned stores across all SKU's. The Territory Sales Developer role is a combination of sales, merchandising and activating. They are responsible for the availability of core range, share of space and activations within their Geographical region.The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:To increase business and maximise salesTo undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerAdhere to a defined retail call file and journey planDeliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line managerTo increase Distribution and Availability within store of core range and processappropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gapsTo increase Distribution and Availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotionsRecord all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basisSell in and build activations in line with company targetsMerchandising off salesTo understand and identify the needs of the customerCommunicate effectively with store management and line managersProvide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheetsConstantly strive to reach highest standards of performanceMaintain CPM and Client standards at all timesAttend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr.To generate new ideas and ways of workingTo consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customersTo ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasksFull clean driving licence is essentialPrevious experience selling into SuperValu stores is essentiaA good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the Convenience channel ( Spar/Centra/Mace) is essentialPerson Specifications:Must have energy and enthusiasmExcellent Interpersonal Skills and time management skillsAttention to detail & target drivenTechnology Aware and intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Bi)Competitive Basic SalaryAnnual bonus - bonus based on performance linked KPI’s – paid monthly & QuarterlyDaily Lunch AllowanceCompany vehicleFuel CardPhoneTabletExpenses – all out of pocket expenses i.e. parking, tolls etc.
