We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join The Wright Group in our vibrant Food Hall environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and development of staff
* Managing day-to-day operations of the Food Hall, including administration, cash controls, and HACCP implementation
* Roster and stock controls
* Problem-solving and reporting to General Manager
To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and implement ongoing staff training and motivation. Proactively develop the skills of restaurant employees and maintain supervision of all service areas.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of previous experience as a manager or similar
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Excellent customer service skills
* Born leader with strong communication skills
* Proficient in written and spoken English
* Flexible and able to work well under pressure
