What you will do
* Manage investor inquiries and deliverables across multiple alternative investment funds.
* Oversee client onboarding, including KYC/AML reviews and ASL verification.
* Collaborate with fund administrators on TA services and client deliverables.
* Review performance reports, client statements, notices, and data requests for accuracy.
* Identify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
* Act as a data steward for firm and fund data requests, coordinating with Data Governance.
* Manage the investor portal and serve as the subject matter expert.
* Coordinate projects to improve team efficiency.
* Monitor and report on third-party administrator KPIs for senior management.
* Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from investment teams and internal partners.
* Train and mentor new team members.
What you will bring
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in client services, portfolio analytics, or similar in investment management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
* Self-motivated, accountable, adaptable, organized, and proactive.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and management.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
* Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS PowerPoint.
What will set you apart
* Experience in Real Estate or Alternative Investments, with client-facing responsibilities.
* Advanced data analysis skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
