Ergo IT Recruitment are seeking aSenior Technical Business Analystfor an initial6 month contractrole for a large financial services client.These has been a number of acquisitions in the past few years and support is required with this large integration project. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with IT departments of these acquired businesses, defining integration requirements, and supporting the overall IT integration project.What will you do?Assess and document IT systems, applications, and infrastructure of acquired businesses.Define and communicate integration scope and requirements.Support planning and execution of IT integration activities.Drive stakeholder engagement and escalate issues when needed.Build relationships with decision-makers and ensure alignment across teams.Work independently, adapting to changing priorities to deliver outcomes.What do you need?At least 7 years of experience as a senior business analystExperience in working on large-scale projects within IT organisationsStrong knowledge of IT concepts (Office 365, Azure, Data Centres, Business Applications).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.Be able to start early-mid January 2026This role is a fully remote role, but the successful candidate must be living in Ireland
