* This is a Sr. QA position for the Issuer application team to perform tests on innovative solutions that not only meet functionality requirements but also meet performance, scalability and reliability requirements while adhering to development and delivery schedules, QA principles and quality goals. The ideal candidate should be very hands-on in technical and have very good communication skill to collaborate with global product manager, business users, global tech leads, QA team.
* This is a hands-on QA specialist position in a fast-growing global business and development team
* Create and execute test plans for Releases and Sprints
* Successfully interpret and clarify business requirements, and translates the business requirements into specific case designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture
* Design, review and execute functional test cases in conjunction with other teams, including developers, business and operational users
* Identify, document and track defects using bug tracking tools and work with developers to ensure timely resolution
* Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to relevant teams
* Engage business sign-offs for functional requirements post QA testing
* Provide guidance and coaching to junior QA team members
* Contribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
* Gain and grow the domain knowledge in Issuer Services world
* Build the experience of working in global development teams
