Bolands Waterford are hiring for a Warranty Admin role!
Key Responsibilities

Submission of all warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Manufacturers to resolve warranty queries and discrepancies.
Review repair orders to confirm compliance with repair instructions.
Monitor claim approvals., rejections and payments, taking corrective action where required.

Skills And Experience Required

Previous office admin experience where attention to detail was required
Good Organisational skills
Good time management skills and be able to priortise workload
Good communication skills
Team player but also able to work independently
Have financial awarenessAbility to follow procedures/policy (SOP's)
