The role involves managing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors, driving operational efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryPlan, execute, and manage CSA (Construction Services and Assembly) projects across multiple sites.Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.Team & Stakeholder CoordinationLead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site staff.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution.Compliance, Quality & SafetyEnsure compliance with company procedures, local regulations, and industry standards.Monitor quality control and assurance processes across all project activities.Implement and enforce site safety procedures, risk assessments, and RAMS.Contract & Procurement ManagementReview contracts, variations, and claims.Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and project resources.Ensure proper documentation of all contractual obligations and approvals.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare project reports, dashboards, and KPI updates for senior management.Maintain accurate project documentation, including site records, risk logs, and meeting minutes.Support post-project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.Candidate RequirementsEssentialBachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 7+ years) managing large-scale construction or CSA projects.Strong knowledge of European construction contracts, procurement, and regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous.DesirablePMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.Experience in offsite construction, prefabrication, or modular building projects.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems.Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Construction
