SGS GAS Analysis Services now have exciting opportunity for experienced field Service engineers to join our expanding teams for the Connaught Region. These are full-time permanent positions reporting directly to the Field Service Supervisor. The core function of this site based role is to carry out gas analysis testing on site for our extensive customer base across all industries
Job Description
* Develop an excellent knowledge of process gas testing and customer requirements
* Develop and understanding of testing standards and analysis methods.
* Undergo competency training in SGS GAS procedures & methods
* Follow Data integrity procedures and policies and carry out work to the highest level of integrity.
* Travel to customer sites for gas testing and sample retrieval for laboratory analysis
* Travel to customer sites for service and calibration of equipment
* Provide technical support to customers
* Complete and support the completion of testing reports
* Carry out all duties in line with ISO17025, Customer requirements
* Have a positive attitude and complete work under the SGS GAS company culture.
* Assist the SGS GAS quality team in maintaining the Quality Management System
* Assist in identifying root cause of quality issues and performance gaps
* Create and maintain company quality documents
* Comply with the Company standard operating procedures and policies.

Qualifications
* 3rd Level qualification in a relevant field or
* 2 years' experience in a relevant field
