The main purpose of this role is to ensure that our Maintenance Customers receive timely and top class service.
Your work will include on-boarding new customers, setting up annual schedules for work to be carried out, liaising with customers and sub-contractors for scheduled maintenance, processing all paperwork including compliance certificates and accounts documents, keeping contracts up to date.
You will also be involved in arranging reactive calls on a day-to-day basis so if you like a fast moving environment then this may be the job for you.
You will work closely with our Accounts Department and Operations Team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors, so you will need to have excellent phone and email skills.
You will also be responsible for writing reports, so you will need to have very clear written communication skills with accurate spelling and typing.
