Job Overview:
* Provide expert technical support to field service engineers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day operations of the service department.
* Manage customer equipment breakdowns with expertise in Fanuc & Piovan systems.
* Liaise with principal partners to source support, parts, and schematics.
* Maintain and upload RAMS to customer portals.
* Manage calibration instruments and service documentation.
* Update machinery records in the software management system.
* Collaborate on service schedules and contribute to operational planning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with plastics machinery and previous maintenance or service-focused role.
* Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
* Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
