Project Architect job available in Dublin with a delivery-focused practice working across residential, mixed-use, commercial and large-scale data centre projects. Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver projects across all RIAI/RIBA stages, from concept design to completion
* Produce detailed planning and construction drawings using Revit
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
* Apply strong technical knowledge of Irish building regulations, specifications, and construction methods
* Contribute to design reviews and technical discussions within the Dublin studio
* Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards
* Support and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment
Required Skills & Experience
* RIAI or ARB registered architect with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
* Proficiency in Revit/BIM
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Legal right to work in Ireland
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, detailing and technical documentation
* Experience or interest in data centre projects advantageous
