* Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates using CRM, LinkedIn, AI-powered search tools, and marketing platforms.
* Screening candidates for suitability and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Building and maintaining strategic talent pipelines across pharma, biotech, and medical device roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology.
* 2+ years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Recruitment.
* Strong interest in the Life Sciences industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc.).
