Responsibilities:

* Partner strategically with the Global Executive Team to drive business growth and performance.
* Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.
* Oversee monthly payroll processes and develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events to foster a positive work environment.
* Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices and support group projects and initiatives as assigned.
* Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Report to the Head of HR and Admin and undertake any additional duties or business travel as required.
