* Full QFA Qualification with up-to-date CPD requirements.
* Established leadership experience in retail financial services, preferably at Branch Manager or Deputy Manager level.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to deliver sales targets through personal initiative and team leadership.
* Effective people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
* Customer-centric mindset, with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
