About the Role
We are seeking a skilled In-House Legal Counsel to support our expanding operations in Ireland and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on diverse legal, corporate, and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Negotiate and manage a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, assisting in the creation of legal templates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to execute agreements efficiently.
* Lead legal support for corporate M&A activities, including managing external advisors and reviewing transaction documents.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with external counsel to manage and minimise costs.
* Balance and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Solicitor qualification with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house roles.
* Proven track record in negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
* Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercially savvy with a problem-solving approach.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working well in a team.
* Ability to independently manage assignments.
* Committed work ethic and positive attitude.
