Social care professionals play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to lead fulfilling lives.
Our organisation delivers person-centred care across 12 residential communities and four-day services nationwide, making a profound impact on the lives of those we support.
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
 * Hold a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in healthcare or social care.
 * Have one year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
 * Experience working with challenging behaviours.
 * Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
 * A full, clean manual driver's license and own car availability for this post are required.
 * Understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to social care within disability services.
 * Ability to follow, evaluate and contribute to the development of plans and methods meeting ongoing individual needs.
 * Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
 * Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
