Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents in compliance with HIQA Standards, regulations and internal policies.

Essential Requirements:
* A Health or Social Care Qualification (minimum level 8)
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* An appropriate qualification in Health or Social Care Management at an appropriate level
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Knowledge of HIQA Standards
* Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
* A Full Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle
