Production Cell LeaderWe currently have a vacancy for a Production Cell Leader within the precision engineering industry, working in a modern, highly equipped facility for a dynamic and growing company.This role would suit an experienced Senior Operative, Lead Operator or Team Lead who enjoys being hands-on on the shop floor while guiding and supporting a production team.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Team Lead, Lead Operator, Senior Operative or SupervisorStrong understanding of manufacturing processes within a production environmentAbility to plan and organise daily workloadsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsA positive, practical approach to continuous improvementResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency and lead-time targetsMaintain a strong shop-floor presence, communicating clearly with the production teamMonitor employee time, training and performance, supporting engagement and developmentEnsure quality standards are met and escalate issues promptly with corrective actionsDrive and support improvement initiativesReport accurately on production output, scrap, performance data and inventoryPromote and maintain a safe, respectful and supportive working environmentEnsure all safety devices are used correctly at all timesTrain, supervise and support team members in all aspects of their rolesSupport employees in understanding company policies and proceduresMaintain a strong working knowledge of plant equipment, processes and quality standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: €38,500.00-€42,500.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
