We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in a residential setting, providing full-time support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities/autism.
Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion, and promoting their personal health and wellbeing.
Our services provide a wide range of support options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as waking night duty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A recognised Diploma in Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
* Registration with CORU is required for Social Care candidates.
* A valid driving licence to drive a manual vehicle in Ireland is necessary.
* Experience of supporting adults with intellectual disabilities/autism is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of HIQA Standards is also essential.
