Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain clean and well-presented front-of-house areas
* Procure stock according to correct levels
* Inspect and store deliveries promptly
* Minimize waste during beverage production
* Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service
* Cash up at late shifts and complete administrative tasks
* Assist with weekly administration and duties as needed
About You:
* Previous supervisory experience
* Focused on providing customer service
* Able to work under pressure
* Similar environment experience (not essential)
