Job Description: Homecare Booking Coordinator
The Homecare Booking Coordinator is responsible for Client Scheduling, Staff Coordination, and Compliance. They report to the Client Care Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of responsibility and accountability. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing high-quality care are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the placement of homecare nurses and caregivers across the designated region.
2. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, families, nurses, and caregivers regarding scheduling and rosters.
3. Fill all open bookings promptly and coordinate effectively with staff and clients.
4. Collaborate with the myhomecare.ie team.
5. Maintain regular contact with clients, providing scheduling feedback based on their changing needs.
6. Assist with employee queries to ensure timely resolution.
7. Ensure all active staff are compliant with company standards before placement.
8. Ensure staff follow payroll policies and procedures.
9. Liaise with the compliance & training department to ensure staff adhere to training and compliance requirements.
10. Use relevant systems effectively and log all contact with clients and temporary staff adequately.
Requirements
* 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with previous administrative experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, guide, and coordinate staff efficiently.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
