Your Mission As HR Generalist
In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for the business, supporting strategic initiatives (such as engagement, development, and culture) and managing day-to-day operations. You will work with various departments, from operations to sales and staff functions, based in our office in Roscommon.
What will you do?
* Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees across the organization;
* Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations;
* Support talent development initiatives and organizational change projects;
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, in collaboration with the central recruiting team;
* Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee files, and compliance documentation;
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and CWS Hygiene standards;
* Collaborate closely with regional and international HR colleagues on cross-border initiatives.

* A strong background as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, aiming to further develop our HR setup in Ireland;
* Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation;
* A proactive, initiative-taking attitude, with enthusiasm for driving HR topics forward and trying new approaches;
* Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
* Experience in recruitment and HR administration is preferred, as these will be part of your responsibilities.
