About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a well-established, high-quality hotel in Dublin 4.

Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices in line with HACCP requirements
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality food
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Relevant culinary qualification preferred
