What We're Looking For
* A full clean driver's licence is required.
* The ability to work as part of a team in a busy production environment is essential.
* You should be able to take direction and work independently, maintaining high levels of quality control.
Responsibilities
1. Produce and dispatch products to defined specifications, meeting daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Work with the supervisor and other team members to identify and implement work practices that improve efficiency and quality.
3. Adhere to safe working practices, contributing to the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment.
4. Participate in staff training and development activities to improve performance.
5. Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times.
