About The Role:
The successful candidate will assist our senior culinary team in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This includes preparing food according to recipes and cooking standards, training and guiding junior chefs, setting up workstations, maintaining high levels of hygiene, and promoting regular training within the team.
* Assist with menu planning and preparation to ensure dishes reflect seasonality and allow ingredients to speak for themselves.
* Work closely with local farmers, fisheries, and organic vegetable growers to source high-quality produce.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
