- hybrid Managing a team of 10 Qualified Accountants while overseeing all aspects of client accounting services for the company.Other duties to include: Partner with senior leadership to drive the firms commercial strategy, profitability, and operational efficiency.Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management accounts, and statutory returns.Translate financial data into clear business insights, influencing decision-making at a strategic level.Review financial performance of the department and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and client value Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 1014 professionals, building a collaborative and client-focused environment.Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).Minimum of 7+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in practice or professional services.Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.
