Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of organising and maintaining procurement and third-party risk documentation, including vendor contracts, tenders, and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Maintain up-to-date records in procurement systems and spreadsheets, capturing key supplier and contract information, meeting notes, and compliance activities.
Draft and manage routine correspondence with internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting seamless coordination across teams.
Assist with the oversight of vendor contracts and risk assessments, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective third-party engagement.
Help the team follow best practices in managing suppliers and third-party relationships, making sure everything is in line with company standards and industry requirements Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to project-based initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration as needed.
Assist in reviewing and updating procurement and third-party risk policies, procedures, and SOPs on an annual basis.
