Indoor Padel Ireland is a brand-new facility opening this Summer, bringing the world's fastest-growing racket sport to Meath. Our mission is to create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment where players of all levels can enjoy padel through coaching, social play, and events.
We are now seeking a qualified and motivated Padel Coach to join our team and help build a thriving padel community in Navan.
Role Overview
As a Padel Coach at Indoor Padel Ireland, you will deliver structured coaching sessions and support the club with social play, events, and community activities.
The role requires availability 7 days per week, with the coach rostered 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
Alongside coaching duties, the successful candidate will assist with Front of House operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1-to-1 coaching
Group sessions
Junior programmes
Assist in developing coaching programmes, academies, and player pathways
Support and engage with social play, leagues, tournaments, and club events
Work together with management to promote padel locally and help attract new players to the sport
Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors
Assist with Front of House duties including:
Customer check-ins
Basic bookings support
Equipment hire and setup
Maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere
Contribute to social media and content creation (where appropriate)
Requirements
Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification
Experience in padel coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for teaching and growing the sport of padel
Availability for evenings and weekends
Social media/content creation skills a strong advantage
