Key Responsibilities:
* Lead group-wide financial reporting, compliance, and audit oversight, ensuring seamless alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Manage accounts and perform reconciliations across multiple international entities, leveraging expertise in intercompany transactions and transfer pricing policies.
* Oversee financial operations, focusing on process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with global teams to drive strategic initiatives, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with a strong background in software or technology finance.
* Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller in a multi-entity environment, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems, and experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Work Arrangements:
* 40 hours per week (flexible)
* 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
* Office location: Blanchardstown
