About the Job
As a member of the ALM team, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, answering phone calls, organizing and filing documents, and providing support on projects and general tasks.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with office administrative activities such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
* Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
* Provide support on projects and general tasks as needed.
