Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering complex transformation programs. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the delivery of defined workstreams or small transformation projects, ensuring outputs are robust, insightful, and aligned with client objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management consulting or industry experience, with proven exposure to transformation, operating model design, or organisational change programmes. You will be responsible for supporting the design of target operating models, organisational structures, and workforce plans, working with data and org design tools to provide evidence-based recommendations.
In this role, you will collaborate with Managers and senior leaders to prepare client presentations, proposals, and thought leadership content. Additionally, you will coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within project teams.
