We are working with a tier-1 Irish law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Debt Capital Markets team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a leading Debt Capital Markets team, working with a variety of interesting clients including trustees, lead managers, domestic and international issuers.
The Associate will work on a range of matters including securitisations, structured finance, fund finance, DCM, issuances, and more. The candidate will also be willing to contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.
* 0-4 years’ PQE;
* Debt capital markets law experience;
* Strong academic background;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Technically excellent;
* Team player;
