Bar & Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is fully onsite based in Dublin 4.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bar AND restaurant management and possess excellent people skills. Responsibilities include:

* Oversight of daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
* Welcoming and acknowledging all guests, prioritizing customer satisfaction
* Preparing rosters and timesheets as needed, in collaboration with the Food and Beverage Manager
* Conducting monthly beverage stock takes and ordering supplies as necessary
* Maintaining effective communication with the bar and restaurant team and other departments
* Ensuring consistent presentation standards across both outlets
* Adhering to cash handling procedures, utilizing point-of-sale systems for billing and payments
* Providing exceptional service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and managing table settings

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and colleagues alike
* Able to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally, maintaining a positive attitude at all times
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance at all times
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems like Micros, with high standards of personal presentation and grooming
