At Apleona we are always looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. Currently we are looking for a Full-time Maintenance Fitter to work with us at our facility in Shannon, Co Clare.
***Hazchem experience is mandatory for this role***
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30
Using and maintaining specialised machines and tools.
Assembling components so they are ready for installation.
Reading and interpreting project plans.
Coordinating with the labour crew for efficient installations.
Performing MIG, TIG and other types of welding methods depending on the project
Responding to emergency calls
Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety and legislative requirements.
Removal of waste IBCs - minimum two times per week.
Responding to pump derprimes/run issues.
Decontaminating and rebuilding of diaphragm pumps
Requirements:
Plumbing Senior Trades or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience in the following areas - Utilities / Facilities.
Formal training / certification in any of the above.
At least 3 years' relevant experience.
Basic computer knowledge essential.
Proven track record in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance in a similar environment.
