European Office Administrative Coordinator.We are looking for a confident and capable Administrative Coordinator to join our team and take charge of essential business support functions.Your Main Responsibilities :Compliance: Ensure European Employees are deployed to Europe within the correct legislation of jurisdiction.Mobilisation: Co-Ordinate mobilisation of site teams to projects across Europe. Arranging travel, accommodation and supporting documentation for all new and existing employees.Administration: Liaise with HR, Finance, and project managers to ensure workforce are compliant within the European jurisdictions.
