Business Growth Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives
* Lead Account Management, Business Development, and Sales Operations teams across Commercial, Enterprise, and Government segments
* Maintain and grow market share across core solutions and emerging strategic areas such as Managed Services, Security, Cloud, and AI
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred;
7+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise/Large Business environments ;10+ years B2B ICT or telecommunications sales experience ideally within Government or Enterprise sectors, Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within large organisationsand influence senior stakeholders,P Proactive performance driven committed continuous improvementStrong understanding complex multisolution saless large organisationsexcellent organisational planning reporting skills
