Construction Manager
to join their team on a high-value life sciences project based in
Limerick
.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and programme project work efficiently, ensuring timely completion within budget
Act as the key liaison between the site team and senior project management
Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
Implement production and commercial procedures across all projects
Develop detailed contract programmes with the Site Manager, allocating resources and establishing the sequence of operations
Oversee cleanroom, cold room, or white wall fit-out construction activities
Support the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining statutory compliance
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience with fit-out/interiors in cleanroom, cold room, or white wall environments is essential
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Professional project management qualifications (PMP, CCM, etc.) a plus
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, contract law, and safety regulations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
