Project and Cost Manager Role
As a highly skilled Project and Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative project and cost management solutions on construction and civil engineering projects across all sections in Ireland and the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Chartered status (preferable), commercial awareness, and ambition to progress within the organisation. They will also be able to manage complex budgets to ensure commercial success of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Estimating and Planning – reporting directly to Clients
* Preparing Bills of Quantities, Buildsoft and Cubit
* Compiling Contract Documentation
* Preparing Cost Reports
* Preparing Monthly Valuations
* Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
* Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
* Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
Requirements:
* Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
* Chartered status (preferable)
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to manage complex budgets
